Ideal for priming painted surfaces that are in sound condition paneling and existing wallcoverings. Eliminates the need to sand glossy paints or finishes. Suitable for use on porous surfaces under latex and oil-base paints. To prepare new drywall for wallpapering it is best to use Shieldz Primer.
