Apply primer sealer over a surface primed with a Rust-Oleum primer to prevent top coats from soaking into the primer and to achieve an even uniform finish. Available in a 12 oz. aerosol spray can. Primer sealer features an any-angle spray system that lets you cover hard-to-reach places even if the can is sprayed upside-down and also features a comfort tip spray nozzle to eliminate finger fatigue.
