Henry 549 FeatherFinish Underlayment Patch & Skimcoat 7LB FEATHER FINISH PATCH

A Portland cement-based patch and skim coat that can be installed over almost any surface to provide a smooth and permanent finish prior to the installation of floor coverings or patching holes gouges cracks and seams in subfloors such as concrete brick masonry terrazzo and ceramic tile wood and metal prior to the installation of any floor covering. Specially formulated with an ultra fast dry time. Dries in as little as 15 minutes. Can be installed from a feather edge to 5 In. depth. No primers or additives needed just mix with water. Recommended mixing ratio is 2 parts powder to 1 part water (by volume). For the entire bag mix 1.75 quarts of water with the 7 Lb. bag. Coverage: Trowel with flat edge 7 Lb. box covers approximately 198 Sq. Ft. at skim coat. Temperature should be above 65 deg. F. Remove dirt wax polish paint and other foreign material from floor prior to application. Mixing product with a 1/2 In. drill at a minimum 650 RPM will produce a creamier and easier-to-apply mix.
