Acrylic based adhesive with good initial tack and easy spreading characteristics for rapid installation of most vinyl and rubber cove base. Adheres to drywall cured plaster wood plywood and hardboard ceramic tile fully cured concrete and painted surfaces. Do not use over vinyl wall coverings or epoxy paint.
