Whole house Surge Protective Device (SPD) that helps protect sensitive electronics and other important items such as washers, dryers, refrigerators and lighting. Thermal and surge-fused metal oxide varistor design with modules for telephone lines and coaxial video cables. Designed for single-phase, three-wire, 120/240 volt, 50/60 Hz residential power systems. Rated for protection up to 80,000 amps. Metal oxide varistor (MOV) design. LEDs on the face of the AC module shine through the front cover and indicone coaxial cable. Rated NEMA 1, the SPD can be flush or surface mounted. Listed to UL 1449 third edition and cUL Listed.
